How far in advance do I need to place my order?

The more notice you can give us, the better! We can generally accommodate orders with a fe days notice, but please consult our availability calendar located on our board order page to make sure your requested date is available. For last minute orders, please send an email to boards@sprigandplate.com with the subject line “RUSH ORDER.” Email is the quickest way to reach us, as someone from our team always has an eye on our emails. Phone calls to our shop may not be answered when we are busy, and we do not take orders over the phone.

How much do your boards cost?

Boards start at $110 and increase in price based on board size. Grazing boxes are a great way to get your hands on some charcuterie for a lower dollar amount. Boxes range from $10-$75.

Do I have to give the wooden board back? Is it an option to keep it?

A default order includes the use of a wooden board that is required to be returned after your event. There is no charge to use the board. However, boards are always available to purchase! We partner with H4 Creative Woodworking. Tom custom makes all of our wooden boards by hand. Tom can also make a custom engraved board for you. Check out his beautiful work on Instagram at @H4CWW. Most of the boards we use range from $50-$75. If you know ahead of time you will want to keep the board, just let us know when you place your order. If you decide afterward that you want to keep it, we can invoice you after your event for the cost of the board. Custom engraved boards are also available to order for purchase.

How do I return my wooden board?

All wooden boards not being purchased must be returned within seven days of your event date to our storefront, located at 3915 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis 46240. If you return your board outside of our regular storefront hours, you can leave the board(s) behind the planters to the left of the front door. If you do this, please send us an email or text letting us know you returned your board, so we can update our records accordingly.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions / special requests?

We are happy to do everything we can to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please be aware that our kitchen is not allergen free. We cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Pricing may vary for special requests.

What if I don’t know what to order?

While our charcuterie menu showcases our best sellers, everything is customizable. We are happy to consult with you to build the board of your dreams! You can fill out a board request form and include any questions or details in the customization section at the bottom of the form, or you can send us an email at boards@sprigandplate.com if you want to build a board from scratch. Most of the time, we can start from a board listed on the menu and make a few tweaks to make it a board you will truly love!

How and when do I pay you?

Payment is due prior to creation of your board. We will coordinate payment arrangements with you at the time of board confirmation, and requests for payment will be made one to two days prior to your board reservation. We can accept payment via Credit /Debit Card, Cash or Check. Payment via credit/debit card must be arranged ahead of time. Returned checks will be subjected to a fee.
