Community Engagement & Donation Requests

Each year Sprig + Plate receives dozens of requests to support meaningful charitable causes. While we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, we are unable to fulfill them all.

In order for your organization to be considered for a donation for an upcoming charitable event, please complete the form below. We will respond via email as soon as possible, whether we are able to commit or not. While we prioritize our donations to current and past clients, we will consider all requests and select those which most closely align with our values and business interests.
